I have been in Florida since 1996 and have been in business since 1997. I am a service-connected veteran. I have 5 grown children, 11 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. I have had jobs as a maintenance man, maintenance manager, building maintenance supervisor, trim carpenter, and many more throughout my 70+ years, working for condominium associations, apartment buildings, hotels. and motels. I have had lots of experience and have been self-taught in most of what I know. I have a background report and references if you need it, and can give you as many as you want. I am an ordained minister, and believe in being fair and honest. I accept cash, checks, PayPal, Zelle, VISA, MC, Discover, and American Express. Unless otherwise stated, my HANDYMAN rates are $90 per man hour plus trip charge. Trip charge is based on miles driven within Palm Beach County. Outside PBC trip charge is more, depending on the location. There is a 1hour minimum per man hour charge which will include the trip charge, then prorated at $1.50 per minute. I do offer a generous 20% discount for Seniors over 65 with proof, and a 25% discount for veterans with proof of Military service or VA ID card.

We have a truck available for hauling, deliveries or moving. My fee is $50/hour +$1/minute thereafter (2 hour delivery minimum for businesses), Prices include ME as your driver plus GAS IS INCLUDED at no additional cost to you. (Loading and unloading is an additional $45.00 per hour.)
DOCUMENT SALES/PREPARATION/AND NOTARIZATION
Sometimes you need a document that needs to be filled out, but don't know where to get it!
I have access to most every document you would ever need.
There is a charge of $25 for the sale of the document and $20 to type it in
preparation to notarize or whatever you need it for.
I'm handy with installing new locks on doors. With the new technology today, we change your lock once for $150 (including the price of the lock). We will re-key your lock for $60 (+trip charge)if you ever need to change the key. We are good to know to those of you who have roommates!

By the way, we have a convenient drop box available 24/7/365 to drop off your cartridges. Just be sure to put them in a Ziploc bag with your name, address, zip, and phone number to call you for you to pick up or have delivered.
We do simple electrical work. We can install ceiling fans; replace outlet receptacles, switches and lighting fixtures; replace bad ballasts; and replace built in microwaves. Sorry, we are not a licensed contractor to rewire your house!!
